Eric Klotz has been teaching guitar lessons in jazz, rock, metal, funk, blues, and R&B for over a decade, half of which as a university instructor.
Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Students in the Chicago Area are Welcome.
Some of the Reasons to Study at Klotz Guitar Studio:
- Learn from an active musician who's job is to know the stuff you want to learn
- Learn from your comfort zone, making progress faster and more fun.
- Learn to play music in any style, not just the guitar in a particular style.
- Learn how to acquire mind-blowing technique
- Learn the tunes you want to learn by bringing in a recording.
- A simplified and clear approach to music theory
- I am not a cookie-cutter instructor, I put a lot of thought into my teaching methods and my students interests.
- Teaching guitar is my livelihood and I invest time into making sure your lesson is worth your money.
- My rates are set to ensure you recieve a quality lesson with an instructor that is genuinely interested in helping you and is familiar with your interests. This is not a "mass production" lesson studio where students are moved in and out as fast as possible.
- Every concept and example is explained clearly and repeated as many times as necessary to ensure your understanding and mastery. This is not a studio where you will watch me play a lot of fast passages without an explaination of what is happening.
Rates:
$50 for an hour, $40 for 45 minutes, $32 for a half hour
